I created Beach Bum because I saw a need in my life and my student’s life for it. As a former busy studio owner, mother, wife and friend I was neglecting the one thing I preached in class. “Self-Care”. As women, we tend to feel guilty for taking the time for ourselves, we feel that we are being to selfish, we promise ourselves tomorrow we will start, and tomorrow comes and we are in the same place we started “NOWHERE”. Does this sound like the dialogue going on in your beautiful brain?? It was for me…. As men you feel you need to carry the weight of the world on your shoulders.  This site is not just for women BUT for all of us…

I took 15 years of learning and created what I felt most of us need. A one stop shop, for the mental and physical. Weaving in a holistic approach filled with meditation, workshops, yoga classes, fitness classes, health coaching, journaling, hypnotherapy, distant reiki, and speciality classes. I made it simple so you can access it online when you are available or you can even join us live for a class. 

Our Programs:

UNLIMITED YOGA & BARRE is all pre-recorded classes that you can access anytime. Price $18/ Monthly 

Workshops - Our workshops are more in depth than our classes. If you are looking to enhance a specific area of your life or body you will want to browse our workshop site. 

Your Yoga Bizz: This is designed for the Yoga Teacher or inspired Yoga Teacher - You will find DFY Programs, Teacher Trainings in Yin, Barre and 200-YTT
